Requesting ImageNow Installation

Could I get ImageNow installed on my system?

Environment

  • ImageNow / Perceptive Content

Resolution

Self-Service Software Install

Note: If you already use ImageNow and are moving to a new computer, please contact the Service Desk for assistance

  1. Company Portal by Intune is the replacement for Software Center
  2. Search for Company Portal in the Windows Search bar and click it
  3. Click apps in the upper-left
  4. Select Perceptive Content Desktop Client
  5. Click Install
  6. The application will be installed on your computer
  7. You will be able to search for Perceptive Content when the install is complete

Please contact the Service Desk if the installation fails
