Requesting ImageNow Installation

Could I get ImageNow installed on my system?

Environment

  • ImageNow / Perceptive Content

Resolution

  1. For those of you who only view and approve documents, there is no need to install the new client on your system
    1. Please use the new Web client link to perform these tasks: https://imagenow.sdbor.edu/perceptiveexperienceapps
      Note: This is only available for use on campus
  2. If you need to print, scan, or link documents, you will still require the client load
    1. If you are upgrading or installing new please click the Submit a Request button on this page or  contact the Service Desk with the following information 
      1. Asset tag or NI number of the computer(s)
      2. person(s) that need it installed
      3. If you are a new user or already use ImageNow and are moving to a new computer
