Unable to Access ImageNow

Issue/Question

  • When going to https://imagenow.sdbor.edu/webnow/ to login to ImageNow the page is blank
  • My Image Now seems to not have an available link
  • I am currently unable to access Imagenow on my laptop or desktop
  • ImageNow is not loading on my computer
  • Cannot get into ImageNow
  • Error: The web scanning cloud toolkit is not installed. Contact your administrator.

Environment

  • ImageNow
  • WebNow

Resolution

  1. WebNow now works in any modern browser
  2. If accessing from off campus, VPN will need to be connected
  3. Web scanning is not currently configured as there is no licensing for it

Note: a USD email address and password is required to access ImageNow
