I am not able to connect my label maker.
Environment
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Brother PT-P700
Cause
Driver not installed
Resolution
Install Driver
- Verify label printer is connected via USB
- Press the label feed button
- Open Internet Browser
- Search Brother PT-700 drivers
- Download Driver from https://support.brother.com
- Choose Save
- Go to Downloads
- Right click pdp70w710bus.exe
- Click Run as administrator
- Click Next
- Click Next
- Perform instructions on screen
- Click OK
- Click Finish
