I am not able to connect my label maker.

Environment

  • Microsoft Windows 10
  • Brother PT-P700

Cause

Driver not installed

Resolution

Install Driver

  1. Verify label printer is connected via USB
  2. Press the label feed button
  3. Open Internet Browser
  4. Search Brother PT-700 drivers
  5. Download Driver from https://support.brother.com
  6. Choose Save
  7. Go to Downloads
  8. Right click pdp70w710bus.exe
  9. Click Run as administrator
  10. Click Next
  11. Click Next
  12. Perform instructions on screen
  13. Click OK
  14. Click Finish
