Can you help me with this error

INVALID CENGAGE SETUP:  We cannot fulfill the request for Cengage content.  See below for details on the failure:

  • The deployment ID "Not specified" does not point to a valid deployment
  • The institutio ID "not specified" is not a valid institution ID
  • Signature verification for this request has failed. 

The link is invalid.  This must be corrected by the instructor.

Environment

Cause

Pop up blocker is enabled, Once the pop up is allowed please open Cengage again

Resolution

  1. Allow pop ups for Cengage in your Internet Browser
    1. Allowing Pop-ups in Safari
    2. Allow Pop-Ups in Google Chrome
    3. Clear Cache and Cookies
