Issue/Question
The student is part of the medical program and is unable to sign in to Pillar 3 (student) scheduling to make changes to his schedule.
New employee is not able to sign into Pillar 3 (admin)

- Pillar 3 uses your USD credentials to sign in
- To reset your USD credentials see Resetting USD Account password
- Contact your Pillar 3 administrator Danae Clobes to verify your permissions are set correctly

- Go to Groups Management
- Click Medical Student Affairs Admin
- Fill out the Search
- Click the Add Member Icon
- Go to Medical Student Affairs application
- Hover over Manage
- Hover over Security
- Click Users
- Click New User
- Enter USD Email Address
- Click Submit
- Click New Role
- Select Role
- Click Submit
- For Department or Campus Level access - click appropriate pencil
- Click Yes
- Click Campus or Department tab
- Click New Campus or Department
- Select appropriate option(s)
- Click Submit
