Updating Online Deposit Deadline

Issue/Question

Online deposit cannot be selected and says: 

Error: Passed Deadline

Environment

Cause

Deposit deadline has not been updated for the current application cycle

Resolution

Note: These steps must be performed by a deposit administrator within the accepting program or school

  1. Log into Online Deposit Administration
  2. Find appropriate deposit and click Deposit Deadline
  3. Type the new deadline in the text box
  4. Click Submit
