Requesting Fields added to Slate

Issue/Question

The end user is requesting new fields to be added to Slate because of a change in processing.

A new field needs to be added to the Slate interface.

  • Slate which has replaced Salesforce

  1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. What object will the fields be associated with
    2. What are the fields
    3. What type of fields are they, i.e. date, checkbox, text, picklist
    4. If the field is a picklist, what are the values for the picklist
    5. What page layout and section will the fields be associated with
    6. Who should have access to the new fields
    7. What system the new data is coming from and how to find the data
    8. Logic needed to calculate a value
