How do I add feedback to an article?

Environment

• Knowledge Articles

Cause

Knowledge Article needs corrections or additional information

Article resolved issue 

Resolution

1. In the Was this helpful? box, click Yes or No
   Note: This will open a Comments box
2. In the Comments box enter:
   • Any positive feedback
   • Step(s) that did not work for you
   • Add correction (if known)
   • Any additional information 
3. Click Submit
