Unable to Save Documents

Issue/Question

I am now experiencing issues with ability to change word documents to PDF and save to the shared drive

I am unable to save a PDF from the scanner. I cannot save a word document, either

I am unable to open a saved document or save a new document to my computer

Error: Error in this document _ cannot be found

Error: The server you are trying to access is using an authentication protocol not supported by this version of office

Environment

  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft OneDrive
  • Microsoft Office

Resolution

  1. Restart computer and try to open and/or save a new document
  2. Select the location you wish to save to
