Cannot Create a New E-PAF in SNAP

Issue/Question

When clicking on the Create New PAF (Personnel Action Form) button I get this error

I am unable to create EPAF's when I have been able to in the past. After restarting my computer the same error message pops up

Error: The page is not enabled for current user role(s).

Environment

• SNAP

Cause

The SNAP user has not yet been set up for EPAF capability

Resolution

1. Contact USD Human Resources Office
2. Ask to confirm ability to create EPAFs
3. HR will confirm user status with HR Partner
