Cannot Log Into K2 Website

Issue/Question

I cannot log into K2 website or reset my password

Error: Worklist item could not be opened. 24411 K2:USDLOCAL\<name> is not allowed to open the worklist item with SN=1813_41

Environment

Resolution

  1. Log in using your USD username and password
    1. Log into a USD resource such as the Portal or Email to validate your credentials work
  2. If you don't know your password, please follow the steps in the Article Resetting USD Account Password

Note: If you are still having trouble, try logging in using a different web browser such as Chrome or Firefox
