Re-image iPad for New User

I have an iPad I need to be reimaged for a new user

What should we do when getting an iPad ready to be used at another site

How do we clear current users data and access

We need an iPad reset for a new user

We need to have an iPad reimaged

Cause

iPad is locked with a key

iPad needs to be re-assigned to a new user

Resolution

1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
   1. iPad tag number
   2. New and old user names
