Shared Outlook Calendar Not Syncing Appointments

Issue/Question

Shared Outlook Calendar is not syncing properly to show all upcoming appointments

I used to have access to this persons calendar and today it was gone.

Environment

  • Windows 7
  • Outlook

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. Close and Reopen Outlook
  2. Click on Calendar in Outlook
  3. Un-check the checkbox next to the shared calendar that is not properly syncing
  4. Check the  for the shared calendar you want to resync in Outlook

NOTE: If you leave Outlook open on your computer overnight you may need to restart it to resync your email and calendars
