Error: SSO Redirection Failed. No user account found in the system

Environment

Cause

Department is not subscribed to USD's Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services offering

Wrong website is being used to attempt sign in

Resolution

  1. Ensure the correct website is being used to sign-in usd.webex.com
  2. Try in a different web browser
  3. Clear Cache & Cookies
