Issue/Question
My network connection, external mouse and external keyboard are not working through my new docking station.
My screen freezes when I connect to my docking station.
When I connect to the docking station I am able to charge, however, the monitors do not work, the keyboard does not work, and the mouse does not work.
Wired network not working when connected to docking station.
Environment
- Windows
- Laptop
- Docking station
Resolution
- Remove the power from the dock and plug it back in
- Press +R
- Type devmgmt.msc
- Press Enter
- Click Universal Bus controllers
- Right Click USB 3.1 eXtensible host Controller
- Select Uninstall
- Reboot
- Check for system updates
- Uninstall recent Windows update
