Can you please help me reset the PIN to my phone?

I need to cancel these 677 phone numbers

I have billing questions about 677 lines

I want to add analog telephone lines

• Phone number beginning with 605-677-XXXX 

Resolution

1. What kind of phone do you use?  677 lines can be associated with VOIP or analog phones
   • If you use a Cisco desk phone, your department has transitioned to VoIP, please contact the Service Desk 
   • If you do not use a Cisco desk phone, your department has not moved to Cisco VoIP phones, please contact Facilities Management for assistance
