Transferring Coyote Card Payment

Issue/Question

I accidentally used my actual debit card instead of my coyote card to pay, is there a way to get a refund for that purchase back onto my debit card, then get the same amount taken out of my coyote card flex dollars 

Environment

  • Coyote Card
  • Beede Bump

Cause

Used wrong form of payment

Resolution

  1. We are not able to refund credit card payments and charge them to a stored value account (Coyote Cash or Flex)
  2. If you would like to move between stored value accounts Coyote Cash or Flex, Contact the Card Office with the following information: 
    1. Location card was used
    2. amount charged
    3. changes you would like made
