Login Issues with Verba Collect (Faculty)

Issue/Question

Unable to log into Verba Collect from VitalSource to adopt my materials (replacing usd.textbookx.com) 

There is no button stating Continue with your University of South Dakota login

Environment

• Verba Collect (replacing entry in USD.textbookx.com started March 20126)
• VitalSource
• Akademos by VitalSource

Resolution

1. Clear your cache or open an incognito/private window
2. Follow Adopting course material in the USD Online Bookstore
   Note: Some faculty have found that being signed into another application with SSO first, eliminates the issue
3. If you still have no access, please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Screen shot of the VitalSource screen reached
   2. Whether you were able to enter SSO
