Lofts/Beds
- Beds at highest without loft are 31”, lowest is 13 7/8” (Olson, Beede, Mickelson, Norton, and Burgess)
- Tallest loft position is 66”. There are 8 slots to adjust (Olson, Beede, Mickelson, Norton, and Burgess)
- Bed positions in Richardson can be at 1’1” (lowest), 3’ (middle), and 5’ (tallest). Bed sizes are the standard twin XL
- It is against our community living policies for residents to construct their own lofts. All lofts must be rented through USD Housing
Coyote Village/McFadden
- All furniture in these spaces are free standing. Measurements are not provided as some furniture may come from different manufacturers
- Closet measurements are not provided as closet size depends on apartment/suite and where that is located on the floor
- Some measurements cannot be generalized for McFadden as they vary from location to location in the building
Dressers are nested into closets and are not removeable. Note that the dresser measurements are for the dresser alone and closet is for the space above the dresser
In Olson, Beede, and Mickelson distance between closets is 7’2”, floor to ceiling is 8’1”
The dressers, closets, and desks in Beede, Mickelson, and Olson are a fixed unit. They cannot be moved or adjusted
The dresser and closet in Burgess Norton are a fixed unit. They cannot be moved or adjusted
