- Lofts/Beds
- Beds at highest without loft are 31”, lowest is 13 7/8” (Olson, Beede, Mickelson, Norton, and Burgess)
- Tallest loft position is 66”. There are 8 slots to adjust (Olson, Beede, Mickelson, Norton, and Burgess)
- Bed positions in Richardson can be at 1’1” (lowest), 3’ (middle), and 5’ (tallest). Bed sizes are the standard twin XL
- It is against our community living policies for residents to construct their own lofts. All lofts must be rented through USD Housing
- Coyote Village/McFadden
- All furniture in these spaces are free standing. Measurements are not provided as some furniture may come from different manufacturers
- Closet measurements are not provided as closet size depends on apartment/suite and where that is located on the floor
- Some measurements cannot be generalized for McFadden as they vary from location to location in the building
- Dressers are nested into closets and are not removeable. Note that the dresser measurements are for the dresser alone and closet is for the space above the dresser
- In Olson, Beede, and Mickelson distance between closets is 7’2”, floor to ceiling is 8’1”
- The dressers, closets, and desks in Beede, Mickelson, and Olson are a fixed unit. They cannot be moved or adjusted
- The dresser and closet in Burgess Norton are a fixed unit. They cannot be moved or adjusted
