How do I request reimbursement for the SHS Clinical Process Management charge?

Cause

Charged the SHS Clinical Process Management charge more than one-time

Charged the SHS Clinical Process Management charge, but not part of a program that uses CORE or Exxact

Resolution

  1. If you feel the charge was billed in error, contact the Chair or Program Director of your academic program with the following information. The Chair or Program Director will follow up with you regarding your request.
    • Full name
    • Student ID
    • Department/Program
    • Course that had the SHS Clinical Process Management charge
    • Reason you should not be charged

Note: Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
