How do I request a UCOR fee reimbursement?

- Banner Self-Service
Cause
Charged UCOR fee more than one-time
Charged UCOR fee but not part of a program that uses CORE, Exxact, or PA Manager
Resolution
- If you feel the fee was billed in error, contact the Chair or Program Director of your academic program with the following information. The Chair or Program Director will follow up with you regarding your request.
- Full name
- Student ID
- Department/Program
- Course that had the UCOR fee charged
- Reason you should not be charged the fee
Note: Determination of a refund will be made on a case by case basis.
