- SHS Clinical Process Management is a one-time charge that grants students access to one of the following platforms
- CORE Experiential Learning Management System (CORE ELMS): A comprehensive system used to manage and track student placements in various clinical and experiential learning settings
- Exxat Education Management Platform: This platform is specific to the Physical Therapy program and supports the organization and administration of clinical education and related activities
All students enrolled in USD School of Health Sciences programs that utilize CORE ELMS or Exxat are billed the SHS Clinical Process Management charge. This charge ensures students have continuous access to these essential educational tools throughout their entire program of study and one year post-graduation. It is important to note that the SHS Clinical Process Management charge is billed only once. Students will typically pay this charge at the beginning of their program or clinical/experiential learning courses and will not be charged again for access to their respective platform. Should a student decide to leave their program of study, their access to CORE ELMS or Exxat will be deactivated with no refund.
