Issues Scanning Documents in ImageNow

Problem

ImageNow capture window opens then closes right away

Every document attempted to be "captured" after the papers roll through it pauses, and tries to pull it through again for a total of 3 attempts

Error: Load more paper and continue scanning

Solution

  1.  Please submit a request with the following information: 
    1. Location of computer and scanner
    2. NI Tag number of computer
    3. Name of user(s) with scanning issue
