How does my Position Title get Updated

Issue/Question

Do you know when my information will be changed in the Outlook Address book? In Outlook it still shows my previous position.

My title in Microsoft is still of a student and needs to be updated

I received a mailing from the Theatre department with an incorrect department name due to a report with bad data

Started in a different department but my old profile is still showing.

My personal information doesn't seem to be correct in the system. I have moved departments (as of 4ish wks ago) and I was trying to put in a door access request for a student and it refuses to allow me to put in my new department.

Environment

• Microsoft Outlook

Cause

Outlook is not updated with  the new position title yet

Resolution

1. Changes to Position Titles are processed by your department and Human Resources
   • Please first contact your department then contact Human Resources for more information
2. For temporary employees, If the employee has multiple positions, the Primary job is normally the one entered first, work with HR to update this
3. Faculty and NFE employees need to request HR to update their title in Banner
4. For Address and Phone number changes please follow Address Change Form
