Issue/Question

Do you know when my information will be changed in the Outlook Address book? In Outlook it still shows my previous position.

My title in Microsoft is still of a student and needs to be updated

I received a mailing from the Theatre department with an incorrect department name due to a report with bad data

Started in a different department but my old profile is still showing.

Environment

  • Microsoft Outlook

Cause

Outlook is not updated with  the new position title yet

Resolution

  1. Changes to Position Titles are processed by Human Resources - Please contact Human Resources for more information
  2. The PEAFACT is a field managed by HR in Banner, users may need to request HR to update their PEAFACT title in Banner
