Add Drop or Withdraw a Course

I am trying to drop a course but it is not giving me the option to drop it with a full refund

During Add/Drop Period

Please see the Academic Calendar for the official add/drop dates for your current semester

1. Log into SNAP
2. Under MY ACADEMIC INFORMATION, click Student Main Menu
3. Click Registration
4. Click Register for Classes
5. Select Term (Fall, Spring, or Summer)
6. Click ​​​​​​Continue
7. In the bottom right corner, you will see a list of current classes,
   1. In the summary find the class you want to drop
   2. Below Action Click 
   3. Select Drop with Refund
   4. Click Submit Changes
      Note: if this is the last class taken in a particular semester, you will need to contact the Registrar's Office
8. After you register or drop/add classes on Self-Service, always check your Detailed Schedule and Student Account for accuracy.

3. Dual Credit

Complete withdrawal from the University (at any time in the semester)

1. When dropping your only course - or all of your courses - you must withdraw from the university using the Withdrawal Form
   • Contact the Registrar's Office (Belbas 223) for details
2. For information on registration dates - including the last day to add or drop a class and last day to drop a course with a "W" - please see the current semester's Academic Calendar
3. Graduate students use this form to withdraw from all classes, but do not withdraw from the university
   Note: Leaving courses without completing the withdrawal or drop processes could result in a failing grade and you will be responsible for the payment of tuition and fees
