Issue/Question
Not sure if server software was installed has been replaced, software got uninstalled by mistake or something stopped the services of the software but need assistance getting it working again. Or possibly a security white list is blocking it from getting out.
Environment
- Print Audit Facilities Management ICE Administrator software
- A&B Business
Resolution
- Click the link in the email.
- Visit the IP of the listed printer
- Click Usage Page
- Enter the Monochrome and Color totals from the usage page in the A&B page
- Click Submit
