Electronic Meter Reading Software for A&B Business

Summary

Looking for a assistance with our Print Audit Facilities Management ICE Administrator software we have loaded on server at USD which tracks meter readings and toner levels of the machines

Issue/Question

Not sure if server software was installed has been replaced, software got uninstalled by mistake or something stopped the services of the software but need assistance getting it working again. Or possibly a security white list is blocking it from getting out.

Resolution

  1. Click the link in the email.
  2. Visit the IP of the listed printer
  3. Click Usage Page
  4. Enter the Monochrome and Color totals from the usage page in the A&B page
  5. Click Submit
