Finding scheduler for an event in 25Live

How do I find the scheduler for my 25Live event ?

Note: If a requester needs to contact the scheduler of their event and doesn't know who it is there are a couple different ways to find that information

1. Reply to the email received confirming the event
2. If email is not accessible or lost
   1. Go to 25Live
   2. Go to your event
      1. To find your events, on the main dashboard in 25Live there is a tab in the middle of the screen labeled Your Upcoming Events
   3. On your event, click on the More Actions drop down on the right side of the screen
   4. Click on Email Event
   5. Choose Scheduler as the To field
   6. Fill out the Message body
   7. Send
3. Another way to find your scheduler, once your event has been found, hover over the scheduler on the event information and that will give you their email
   
   
   1. Include the event name and AID number (this looks something like 2026-ABABCT) in email to the scheduler to speed up process
