Setting a New Listserv Password

Issue/Question

An existing Listserv user has forgotten their password for the Listserv web interface

I have forgotten my Listserv password

I can not log in to Listserv

Environment

• Listserv

Cause

Forgotten Listserv password

Resolution

1. Go to Register LISTSERV Password
2. Enter Email Address
3. Type new Listserv Password, and again for verification
4. Click Register Password
5. Check email for Confirmation Sent message
   Note: Subject header will begin with Command confirmation request
6. In message body click on confirmation link
7. Click Log In
8. Enter email address
9. Enter updated password
10. Click Log In
