USD does not support text messages for Duo MFA because the SIM Swap attack allows attackers to gain access to your account

USD supports several options for Duo MFA:

Duo mobile app on any Android or iOS Device, including tablets

Duo Push is the recommended method
Mobile Passcodes are useful when your mobile device is not connected to a network
Follow Signing Up for Duo to configure your device

WebAuthn with Touch ID

Note: Requires Chrome browser and MacBook with Touch ID
