Custom Application and Website Request

Overview

Before building, modifying, purchasing, or implementing a custom application or website, University departments must obtain approval to ensure the solution is secure, accessible, supportable, and aligned with University policies and standards. ITS reviews custom-developed applications, websites, databases, integrations, automations, and similar solutions before development or implementation begins.

Important: Approval must be obtained before custom development begins or before entering into agreements with software developers or vendors.
