Overview
The University of South Dakota has more than 49 Computer Labs. All labs offer standard software, while some offer specialized software to support specific curriculum.
- Public Labs that are open to all enrolled students are in I D Weeks Library
- There are two main computer areas in the Academic Commons:
- 1st floor East Side - used for athletic study: PCs, printers
- 1st floor West Side - PCs and iMacs, printers, Multifunction copier
- Various PCs on 2nd and 3rd floor

- 24 Instructional/Classroom Labs with computers that have special software to support teaching and learning
- 15 Departmental Labs that are dedicated to students enrolled in specific majors or who require accommodations
