Network Printing

Network printing is available in campus departments to allow multiple users to print to the same printer.  These printers are owned by the departments.  To connect your computer to a network printer, click the Connect to Network Printer button at the right.

Note: Wireless printers are not allowed.  A network printer is connected through a wired network connection.

Note: Personal inkjet printers are not supported.

Network printers offer:

• Each employee does not need a personal printer, saving departments hardware costs
• Network printers offer flexibility by purchasing a printer that meets your department's needs
• Print from Windows and Mac computers
