How do I use my student employee email?
Answer
- All student employees are automatically provided with a student employee email address which follows first-last@usd.edu format
Note: Student employee mailbox will be created one day before employment start date and will be deleted 31 days after employment end date. These dates are based on the EPAF. Once deleted, the contents of the mailbox cannot be recovered.
- Middle initials or numbers will be used when duplicate names exist
- Your student employee email is expected to be used only for your employment job duties when sending email is required
