- Complete a Project Estimate Request and submit to the Service Desk before selecting or acquiring non-standard technology
- See Requesting to Purchase University Hardware and Software for information about consulting services to help identify the best equipment to meet your needs
- All hardware and software purchases are to be made through SDezBuy regardless of cost
- All technology purchases route to IT for approval in SDezBuy. See Purchasing Guidelines Item XXII.5. Purchasing of Exempt Items
