When will instructors start entering grades in Banner?
Where do I enter my grades?
When can I enter final grades?
I am unable to enter grades in the new Banner system
Error: Failed to execute target procedure
Environment
Cause
Grades will be entered in Banner starting June 27, 2019.
Resolution
- Log into Experience
- Click Faculty/Advisors
- Below Faculty Dashboard click for the class you are ready to grade
Note: This should be on the right-hand side of the page and it will not be in the Advisor Dashboard
- In CRN click to select the section
- Click Submit
- Your Class roster is displayed
- In Final column Click Enter
- In the Grade Column Click to select the grade
Note: If F is given the last date of attendance MUST be entered
Note: If you want to include the student never attended enter 0 in Attended Hours
Note: The attend hours column should only be used for never attended
Note: If I or Incomplete is given the default expire date will automatically apply
- Click Submit at the bottom of the page
- You will receive a message The changes you made were saved successfully
Note: If you have a very large class roster, remember to submit your work periodically.
Note: You cannot change a grade once you submit, but you can continue to fill in the blanks.
- To confirm that grades are accepted by the system, reopen your grading screen. If grades appear, they were accepted. If no grades appear, they must be resubmitted.

Troubleshooting steps If you are having issues or receive an error message:
- Clear browser Cache and Cookies
- Try a different Internet browser
- Remove an ad blocking software/browser plug ins, they may be causing issues
- If you are unable to enter grades try the direct link to the grade entry page: https://student.sdbor.edu/FacultySelfService/ssb/GradeEntry?mepCode=BOR#/final
