Viewing Past Semester Final Grades as Faculty

Issue/Question

I cannot find my old classes in Self Service to view the final grades

Environment

• Banner
• Snap
• Self Service

Cause

After Registrar's Office has verified grades, the class is removed from the faculty schedule in SNAP

Resolution

1. On Faculty or Faculty/Advisor tab in Banner
   1. Change the date in Faculty Schedule to a date within the semester you need to view
   2. Click one of the classes
   3. Faculty Detail Schedule will come up
   4. Scroll to bottom of the page
   5. Click Final Grades
   6. Select your course from the CRN dropdown
