Reporting Issue with StarRez Banner Student Biographic Import File Process Failing

Issue/Question

Housing was checking there daily schedule import file and noticed that our last successful import was on September 25th. After that date, each daily load says "failed". 

Environment

  • WSFTP Prod
  • Banner Production scheduled procedure 
  • IPaaS Flow that runs the transfer from WSFTP to usd-sql06>StarRez>Demographics
  • StarRez that pick up the file off the Demographics folder

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Tell them the student biographic Import File is not being transferred to the StarRez Biographic folder
