How do I share my screen with a technician from USD IT?

Screen Share Only Using Web Browser
- Open Remote Help Sharer site
- Sign in with USD credentials if prompted
- Enter 8-character code provided by USD IT technician
- Click Share Screen
- Once the tech connects follow prompts to share screen
Note: Full control is not available when sharing through a web browser
Screen Share Using Remote Help Client on Windows computer
- Open Remote Help app
- Download from Microsoft if not installed on your computer
- Sign in using USD credentials if prompted
Note: USD-owned computers should already have Remote Help installed
- Enter 6-character code provided by USD IT technician
- Click Share Screen
- Once tech connects follow prompts to share screen
- Tech may request full control of your system
Screen Share Using Remote Help Client on MacOS
- Open Remote Help app
- Download from Microsoft if not installed on your computer
- Sign in using USD credentials if prompted
- Enter 8-character code provided by USD IT technician
- Click Share Screen
- Once tech connects follow prompts to allow permissions for Remote Help app within settings
- Tech may request full control of your system
