Computer beeps and asks to check a video cable
Monitor is on but there is no picture
Environment
Windows 10
Cause
Resolution
Turn computer off by pushing in the power button for 20 seconds
Unplug video cables from back of monitor and computer
Plug video cables back in
Turn computer back on
If that doesn't resolve the problem, please contact the
Service Desk
providing the following information
