UPS and FedEx Rate Software Needs Updating

The Quadient postage machine needs an update for the Fed Ex & UPS rate program.

Cause

UPS and FedEx rates changed

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. The email from Quadient that gives instructions on how to do the update
