I see an error on a laundry reader device in Kiosoft Washboard. What do I do next?

- USD Laundry Rooms
Resolution
- Check Laundry Machine Status in KioSoft Washboard for error
- If error due to WiFi Signal Strength
- Check for error codes on laundry reader
- Error: Network Error E007 - unplugging machine removes error
- Check Wireless Access Point is working
- Error code 000000 NOTREP or similar
- Machine is not responding. Contact Housing to submit a machine repair request
- Error code upgrading firmware to failed to ER35
- Contact FM to disconnect and then reconnect power to appliance
- Error No Water Flow Error
- Contact FM to check water flow
- Housing may need to submit a machine repair request
- Kiosoft Reader Error: No response from machine
- Check for power to device
- Housing enter work order to FM to check outlet
- Housing submit a machine repair request
- Error: Overflow Error ID 000400
- Contact FM to check water flow
- Housing may need to submit a machine repair request
- Error: Drain Error ID 001000
- Contact FM to check water flow
- Housing may need to submit a machine repair request
