Requesting SB Client and Ivanti Secure Access Client Software and Boca Printer for Ticket Office Computer

Issue/Question

Can I please get sb client back office and pulse secure added to my laptop?  I will also need access to AM monitor. I am unable to access the boca printer from my laptop and therefore unable to get into pac from my laptop.

Environment

  • Windows 11
  • Ivanti Secure Access (replaced Pulse Secure)
  • SB Client
  • SeatMap
  • Boca Ticket Printer

Cause

Software and drivers need to be installed on system for the Ticket Office

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Name of who needs the software installed
    2. NIxxxxx of system that needs the software installed
