Outlook Email View Has Extra Spaces Between Each Letter

Issue/Question

My outlook view has not been viewing correctly. There are spaces between each letter, and a line between the singlespaced lines

Environment

  • Windows 10/11
  • Outlook 365

Cause

Immersive Reader has been turned on

Resolution

  1. Click View at top of page
  2. Click Immersive Reader
  3. Click Close Immersive Reader
    Note: If you are unable to click Immersive Reader, open a new email and perform the steps 2-3 above
