Issue Regarding the Enrollment Deposit

Issue/Question

I have been trying to pay the dues for the past 4 days through the bank, however I am unable to do so. The portal is showing my email address (First.Last@coyotes.usd.edu) incorrect / invalid and it is also showing me that my email address does not exist. Which is not letting me pay my dues.
