Cause

User needed a break down for large dollar amount cost center

Resolution

Note:  This is for a large charges where more details are needed after receiving the department monthly Pharos billing,  This will only be done for values over $300.

Note:  This is only to be used for one or two cost centers and is not meant for every cost center in the department.

1. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. What Month is wanted
   2. What Cost Center
   3. Format of report PDF or Excel
