Missing Files in a Directory on a New Computer

Issue/Question

Some files are not showing up in my directory
I cannot find files in my folder

Environment

  • Microsoft Windows

Cause

Files not transferred

Resolution

  1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. Please include the directory in which you are looking/searching for the files
    2. Name(s) of the files which you are looking/searching for
    3. Other relevant information, errors, etc...​​​​​​
